Beach Resort in Alleppey: Backwaters with Style

To be sure, most of us go to Kerala, say, a beach resort in Alleppey, because everyone else seems to have gone there or is planning to go there in the vague future. And it is only on a cozy humid morning, as one is snug beside the window in one of the many Alleppey resorts, that the cosmos slides into place, the view attains perfection and takes your very breath away. I cannot, with an honest conscience recommend Kerala to everyone for all of eternity. There are always problems/glitches that the decked-up TV presenters deliberately miss out on.

Lemon Tree Vembanad Lake Reort, Kerala
If I may so myself, as a seasoned leisure traveller, I have became an expert in sifting away the pointless euphoria that phony advertising promotes. Some hotels do this too. Some don’t. Lemon Tree doesn’t. The views from their windows do abound with an inexpressible beauty, and regardless of which room you’re put up in, their staff is eternally courteous. For those of you with pockets deeper than a coal mine, who like their Alleppey resorts all fancy, Lemon Tree has a private cruise too.

Their Vembanad hotel, truly qualifies as a beach resort in Alleppey customized for all your whims. For the socially conscious, they have an excellent CSR policy, and even a Pooch Policy to care for abandoned strays. At the risk of blatant promotion, I’d recommend Lemon Tree for its convenient location and attention to detail.
